As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials within our manufacturing facility. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials and components
- Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pump trucks, and other equipment
- Pick and stage parts for production departments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and related software
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries
- Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored safely
- Support regular inventory counts and cycle counts
- Communicate effectively with production, procurement, and logistics teams
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized workspace
- Move materials between multiple locations using a 5-ton vehicle for transport.
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse or material handling role (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating a counterbalance forklift (or willing to be certified)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable using barcode scanners and basic computer systems (ERP experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive team-oriented attitude
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Physical Requirements**:

- Frequently lift, carry, and position materials up to 50 lbs.
- Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs/ladders
- Work is primarily conducted indoors in a warehouse/production environment

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Day shift (typical hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods
