Carwen Ltd. is looking for a Labourer in our Dirtworks Division.
Carwen is a family owned and operated business located in 100 Mile House. Our
Dirtworks Division focuses on commercial and residential civil construction including wet and dry utilities, foundations, grading, retaining walls and much more.
Competitive wage based on experience.

**Job requirements/description**:

- Digging trenches, raking, shoveling and spotting
- Assist with pipe work
- Safely operate or learn to use various small construction tools
- Other labouring duties as required and assigned
- Able to work safely around heavy equipment
- Keep a clean and safe work site
- Willingness to travel

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to lift, move, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Good physical stamina; capable of working long hours on your feet
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Motivated, able to follow direction and execute jobs efficiently
- Work well with others as part of team or independently on own, as required
- Punctual, reliable with good attendance
- Excellent communication skills
Not required but considered an asset:

- Experience with operating skid steer and/or excavators
- Ability to read plans, specifications or drawings and manufacture according to the
drawings and measurements

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
