**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Educate students in various dance styles, including ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students and the class as a whole.
- Provide tutoring and additional support to students who may require extra help in mastering techniques.
- Create a safe and encouraging classroom environment that promotes creativity and self-expression.
- Organize and prepare for recitals, performances, and competitions, ensuring all students are well-prepared.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance the overall curriculum and student experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in dance instruction is preferred, particularly with children or young adults.
- A background in early childhood education or experience working in classroom settings is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of all ages.
- A passion for dance and education, along with the ability to inspire others through movement.

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
