Job Duties:

- Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments.
- Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner.
- Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day.
- Capable of answering a multi-line switchboard.
- Comfortable with computers.
- Learning to use a new program.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- process departures
- accept payments
- balance cash
- daily balance sheets
- answer telephone
- provide information about the hotel and motel facilities

Education requirements:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Working conditions:
Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, standing for extended periods, work under pressure, attention to detail
