Brandt is currently seeking a Benefit Administrator for our Regina location. This position will focus on benefit/pension administration across Canada and the United States.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensuring Brandt policies are being followed
- Managing benefit and pension administration Brandt
- Calculating premiums for insurance costs
- Communicating with managers and employees on a regular basis
- Maintaining employee personnel files
- Management of employee data in HRIS
- Other duties as required

Required Skills
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Canadian and American labour standards
- Bilingual in English & French is considered an asset
