**Role**

**Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To**:

- Enter and evaluate weekly inventory orders and transfers
- Manage a dual system/dual location scenario by reconciling offsite and onsite warehousing with ERP system
- Analyze inventory usage and evaluate patterns to ensure optimal levels of inventory are kept
- Perform weekly cycle counts to maintain high levels of raw material inventory and location accuracy
- Investigate variances, reconcile inventory records, and communicate root cause to management
- Assist with month-end/year end procedure by providing inventory figures to management
- Participate in the creation and updating of procedural SOP’s where needed to help prevent future inventory discrepancies
- Produce monthly reports related to inventory and continuous improvement opportunities
- Prepare a list of Slow Moving and Obsolete raw material and finished goods inventory for review by management
- Communicate with all departments to ensure inventory procedures are being followed
- Other related duties as assigned

**Required Qualifications Include, But Are Not Limited To**:

- High school diploma/GED required
- 5+ years experience in inventory control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous inventory control experience from a distribution or manufacturing company
- Must be a disciplined self-starter
- Professional written and verbal communication, documentation, and reporting skills
- Enthusiasm for a challenge and new initiatives are prerequisites.
- Ability to quickly understand and identify issues and propose solutions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to provide accurate information and work both independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Must be able to lift to 30 pounds.
- Must have own vehicle and a valid drivers license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
