**Position Responsibilities**
- Operating tractor trailer equipped with multi-speed transmissions (automatic or standard) safely by adhering to all safety requirements
- Perform inspections of mechanical, safety and emergency equipment of tractor trailer unit before, during and after trips
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers in a professional matter
- Use of a satellite tracking equipment
- Observing and complying with rules and regulations of the Ministry of Transportation and the Highway Traffic Act

**Qualifications**
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license
- Minimum of 3 years’ verifiable tractor trailer driving experience (required)
- No criminal code convictions to which you haven’t received a pardon for, or within the last 15 years
- No more than 1 moving violations in the previous 12 months
- No more than 3 moving violations in the previous 36 months
- Defects on driver CVOR to be reviewed
- Must have excellent safety and compliance record
- Must have excellent driving skills
- Flexibility to accommodate different start times (Weekend work is required for this role, Evenings and overnight work may be required based on operational needs)
- Drop/Switch experience
- Experience and ability to chain/unchain (required)

**Experience**
- Class 1 driving: 3 years (required)
