At Northbridge, our Business Data Analytics team acts as a central partner to the business by helping unlock the value of data and supporting our transformation into an analytics data-driven organization. The Business Data Analytics Specialist will provide insights using analytics descriptive and diagnostic techniques to business units of focus.

They will provide in-depth expertise, analytical interpretation, key insights, and action items to multi-functional business partners across the organization that will help solve increasingly complex business problems by enabling informed business decisions.

You’re great at:
- Communicating effectively and impactfully with business stakeholders and senior leaders-
- Providing specialized analytics expertise and advice to various business and team members- Translating business requirements (questions, opportunities, and problems) into analytics needs for a given domain- Being a business expert

You have:
- B. Sc Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent work experience- 1+ years in statistical analytics techniques (i.e., correlation, regression, cohort, experimental design & measurement)- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of statistical analytical techniques- Intermediate knowledge of data mining languages SQL and Python- Comfortable writing standard SQL queries to extract and integrate data from a variety of different data sources
