As a Business Analyst, IT and Security, you help develop plans and business intelligence; monitor business plans and performance; set targets; identify opportunities to improve service delivery; and design and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with the business architecture of various initiatives, including the organizational shift and transformation. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities and stakeholder needs to be factored into the project's scope. Identify, formalize and communicate needs and requirements- Formalize objectives, help identify value for the organization and model business processes- Co-create the solution with users and ensure alignment with business objectives. Analyze impacts with stakeholders, and identify prerequisites and internal dependencies. Make sure the solution is developed with a cross-sector vision and include end-to-end requirement traceability- Help develop testing strategies and acceptance testing plans. Support the business sector during solution rollout- Coach business analysts on the team and share your knowledge and skills as needed

What you bring to the table- Bachelor's degree in a related field- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Certificate in business analysis (IIBA - CBAP or PMI-PBA)- Knowledge of French is required- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence or equivalent- Knowledge of IT business areas: ITIL/ITSM, capacity management tools, project management tools, data protection and analytics, cloud computing, telecommunications/telephony, etc.; or knowledge of security business areas: Identity and Access Management (IAM), physical security, information security, financial crime prevention, cybersecurity, etc.- Knowledge of BPMN and modelling tools
