Mason Foreman

Do you love creating elegant outdoor spaces? We are looking for an enthusiastic foreman to join our growing team in Victoria, BC. The Foreman will be responsible for leading a team of masons and landscapers and ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years experience in masonry works.
- Experience in masonry landscape construction is required: driveway, patio, walkway, retaining wall...etc.
- Experience operating equipment such as mini excavators and skid steers is a plus
- Proven leadership skills that results in safety, productivity, quality and a team culture
- Ability to read site plans and lead crews to assure work is completed as per specifications
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic
