**Job Summary****:
As our Retail Floor Annuals Associate, aka Annuals Ambassador, you'll be the go-to guru in our Annuals department, guiding customers through a colourful array of floral delights. Your passion for plants will shine as you assist customers in selecting the perfect blooms for their gardens and landscapes.

From answering questions and offering expert advice to ensuring our shelves are stocked with fresh blooms, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a joyful shopping experience for our customers. With a keen eye on store targets, you'll maximize sales by promoting new products, highlighting promotions, and encouraging participation in our rewards program.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Annuals Retail Floor
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting all customers as they walk through the doors
- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority and answers questions
- Maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store targets
- Keep up to date with knowledge which includes new products, promotions, and rewards program

Plant Stocking
- Restock plants on the Annuals retail floor
- Help maintain plant displays by cleaning and organizing
- Deadhead and clean up plants
- Assist with receiving shipments and organizing them on the retail floor
