**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers to align analytics with critical business metrics and KPIs, delivering actionable insights.
- Perform proactive data analysis to identify business performance drivers and improvement areas.
- Develop interactive visualizations using data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Define and implement data integration and acquisition strategies within the designated technology stack for scalability and performance.
- Build and maintain databases, creating scripts to enhance data evaluation flexibility and scalability.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 6+ years as a data analyst, specializing in data mining, evaluation, and visualization.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SQL and/or Excel, with a demonstrated ability to learn additional analytics tools.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication, with technical writing expertise in creating queries, reports, and presentations.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics.
- Advanced programming experience with frameworks such as Python and SQL.
- Expertise in database/model design and segmentation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Databricks.
- Collaborative work style with a proven track record of success in team-oriented environments.

**Must-Haves**:

- 8+ years of data analysis experience.
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
