We are looking for a Batcher to join our team This position will primarily be responsible for batching concrete from the plant into ready mix concrete trucks, primarily based out of our east plant location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read specification sheets to determine size of aggregates and cement/water ratios
- Manage batch operating systems to mix aggregates, water, cement, etc.
- Manage the flow of concrete into ready mix trucks
- Communicate with drivers in que for batch station
- Monitor inventories at the plant and order materials
- Correspond with bulk truck drivers regarding receiving materials for silos
- Assist with general plant housekeeping and maintenance
- Other duties as may be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience batching in a concrete plant environment
- Knowledge of mix designs and concrete plant operations
- Preferably, experience with Marcotte Software

Hours of Work
Must be capable of working varied work schedules depending upon pour dates and times.
