If you are looking to make a meaningful difference in our client’s care and to grow your career in the Developmental Services Industry or Child and Youth Sector, please join our team as a **Front Line** **Program Supervisor** providing leadership for our adult residential programs.

**The Role**
- Reporting to the Area Manager, the role of the Director will provide ongoing oversight with a focus on delivery of client care.
- Overall responsibility for maintenance, administrative operations, program monitoring, and to ensure that the staff team offers the highest quality of care to foster client development and well being.
- Supervision of staff in the assigned program; this includes performance management, coaching, training, recruitment, and retention initiatives.
- Ensuring overall safety, security, and wellness for all clients through daily hands-on involvement with clients and staff.
- Ensuring compliance to Behaviour Support Plans and the completion of daily reports regarding client behaviours
- Working with the Quality department to ensure legislative requirements of each program are met.

**Qualifications**:

- A post-secondary education in the social services field
- A minimum of two years’ management experience in a residential care setting.
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Experience and sound knowledge of MCCSS guidelines and QAM for the licensing of residential programs
- Prior experience with financial budgets, people leadership, and agency partnerships
- Prior experience with business development and project management will be a definite asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
