**Job Description**:
The Recruitment & Travel Coordinator will work with onsite leadership to ensure that staffing requirements are fulfilled, review resumes and hire new employees, administer employment agreements, ensure pre-employment training is completed, and coordinate travel for eligible employees.
- Hiring and screening new-hires
- Providing a warm and welcoming environment for employees
- Working with Workforce Logistics Manager on hiring employees at multiple sites
- Coordinating staffing requirements between multiple sites
**Qualifications**:
- 3 - 5 years of administrative experience
- 1 - 3 years travel management experience
- 1 - 3 years experience working in remote camps or remote settings
- Previous HR experience or education an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Information
This position is based in a remote camp setting and rotations are 20 days on, followed by 10 days off.
