**About the Position**:
We are hiring for a full-time position customer service position. You will sit down with our customers to accurately determine the authenticity and value of their items. We are looking for someone who will provide great customer service - all training on gold testing and evaluation will be provided. This is a part-time position, with shifts from Thursday through Saturday, 9am-5pm.

Other responsibilities include keeping the store clean and organized, some administrative tasks

We are looking to hire someone who is motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn. There will be great opportunity for advancement in the company as the online sales division continues to grow.

**What else we look for**:
While not required, experience with jewellery or jewellery sales is an asset.

Your duties as a Precious Metals Analyst:

- Accurately assess customers’ precious metals in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work on other tasks and projects as assigned.
