We're looking for you to join our team as a** Learning Coordinator - Audit Centre** from **anywhere in Canada.
As the Coordinator, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to implement suitable delivery systems and ensures the effective delivery of various projects. This includes completing projects promptly and within budget, while fostering relationships with clients, project team members, and external vendors.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Providing administrative support on learning projects
- Consulting with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives
- Meeting development milestones
- Overseeing planning activities
- Managing day-to-day project operations
- Leading meetings, maintaining project documentation, resolving issues and managing budgets
- Other assignments as required

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in Learning and Development or similar position
- Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of LMS and reporting capabilities
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
