We are looking for an Field Leader for Take 5 Oil Change - Niagara. Serving the St Catharines and Grimsby locations.

As the Field Leader you will be work closely with the Team Leaders to assist with overall operations of the stores through inventory ordering and audits, administration of performance management, staffing, and training. You will lead and help manage the crew to ensure KPI are being met.

From time to time you may perform the duties of a Lube and Tire Technician which is to inspect and recommend services on vehicles based on preventative maintenance schedules and to complete routine maintenance

You will assist with the cleaning and maintenance upkeep of the building and equipment

**Compensation**:
Compensation is based on experience and this position has opportunities for growth including but not limited to, performance bonus, store discount and extended health benefits after probationary period

Gas and maintenance compensation
Possibility for overtime

**Training**:
On job paid training is provided to orientate employees with policies and procedures.

**Hours of work**:
Full-time 40-44 hours per week
Some weekends required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Tips

**Experience**:

- Automotive Maintenance: 2 years (required)
- Sales: 2 years (required)
- Management: 1 year (required)
