Stella's is currently seeking Baristas for various locations to ensure that our Guests are provided with a memorable, quality experience. We are looking for friendly, fun and experienced leaders who love food, understand the value of an earnest smile and anticipate the needs of others.

As a Barista with Stella's your responsibilities include:

- A 100% working knowledge of barista duties
- Discuss beverage items, make suggestions and answer any inquiries
- Ensure that every guest is provided with enough information, via suggestive selling, that they may have the best Stella's experience possible
- Serve prepared food items and beverages in an efficient manner
- Organize and garnish menu items to be delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure that all items served are entered into the POS System and that all payment transactions are accounted for according to the prescribed Stella's Standards
- Comply with health, safety and hygiene guidelines and regulations
- Ensure stations are well stocked
- To exceed guests' expectations of sincerity, friendliness, and willingness to please

Qualifications:

- ‘Smart Choices’ certification
- an appreciation for the value of learning
- flexible and open availability (specifically daytime)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $12.75 per hour
