Renovation Representative

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and engage potential clients through leads, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients’ renovation needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the renovation process.
- Collaborate with construction team and designers to ensure smooth project execution.

*. Make sure that the materials are in site for the construction team.
- Meet cost targets and help with the sales process to ensure the company’s growth.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the renovation, construction, or home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Preferably understanding of renovation trends, materials, and processes.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints or design plans (a plus).
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license, car and willingness to travel locally.

Pay: $1,044.54-$1,050.00 per week

Additional pay:

- Signing bonus

- Construction: 3 years (required)
- Skilled Labor: 3 years (required)
