We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Host/Service Bar Staff. This is a multifaceted role that offers an excellent opportunity to provide superior guest service at our front of house while also working in our service bar area.

**Responsibilities**:
**Restaurant Host**:
Warmly welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and provide them with menus and daily specials.

Manage our waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations.

Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries.

Maintain a clean reception area.

Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g., children, elderly)

Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options.

Ensure proper hand-off to wait staff.

**Service Bar Staff**:
Prepare a variety of beverages including cocktails, coffee, and other drinks according to our standard recipes.

Responsible for the creation and plating of desserts.

Assist bartenders and servers in filling drink orders for the dining room.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with health code regulations.

Restock bar supplies as necessary.

Communicate any shortages or special requests to the kitchen and bar staff.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not necessary.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Strong multitasking abilities.

Must be of legal age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 - 30 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
