**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your existing book of business to generate new freight brokerage opportunities.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shippers to secure transportation services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of freight services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Freight Broker with a current book of business.
- Strong knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficient in using freight management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.

**Compensation**: This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income will be directly tied to the business you generate and the success of your freight brokerage activities.
