- Greet customers and take food orders as needed by providing product information and looking for ways to increase product sales;
- Prepare specialty coffees according to standards;
- Use a cash register and receive cash or credit / debit card payments from customers;
- Fill the coffee station and the cash register area;
- Maintain and fill the presentation area;
- Follow the company's operational policies and procedures including those related to health and safety to ensure the safety of all colleagues during their shift;
- Keep calm during busy periods or during special events to ensure compliance with standards and set a good example for the team;
- Perform other duties as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- To have experience as a barista is an asset;
- To be well organized;
To like the contact with people;
- To be interested by natural and organic food;
- To have a well-kept appearance.
