Demitasse is a small business in Victoria, BC V8S 4N7. Our goal is to create a cornerstone in the community by combining our passions for delicious coffee, local food crafted with intention, and a love of rare and unusual plants, gardens and garden design. With the help of hand picked chefs, local distributors, many sleepless nights and a lot of elbow grease, they created Demitasse. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
- Ability to follow recipes.
- Decorate desserts with icing, glazes, and other toppings.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Follow food safety guidelines.
- Work with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner.
