Global Watch Company is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our upscale boutique in [Location]. As a Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while achieving sales targets and maintaining the brand's image. **Responsibility**:

- **Sales Management**:Lead and motivate the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, create a memorable shopping experience, and achieve sales targets. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to optimize revenue
- **Budget & Inventory Management**:Oversee the boutique’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Efficiently manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- **Visual Merchandising**:Ensure the boutique’s visual presentation adheres to the brand’s global standards, creating an elegant and luxurious shopping atmosphere
- **Human Resources**:Recruit, train, and mentor boutique staff to maintain a high-performance team. Conduct performance evaluation and make necessary HR decisions
- **Event Planning**:Take the lead in conceptualizing, organizing, and executing events to promote the brand and drive foot traffic to the boutique. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful event execution
- **Marketing strategy**:Develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with the brand’s image and target client base. Utilize digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising channels to increase brand visibility and attract new clients
- **Public Relations**:Foster strong relationships with local media, influencers, and clients. Identify potential opportunities to enhance brand awareness
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Cultivative and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service to meet their preferences and needs

**Requirement**:

- Minimum five years of retail experience, including three years in the management role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales management with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis and inventory management
- Previous experience in event planning and marketing
- Familiarity with the luxury jewelry and timepiece industry is highly desirable
