**Responsibilities**:

- Updating appointment schedule
- Providing exceptional customer experiences, both in person and over the phone
- Keep customers up to date on the status of their vehicle repairs
- Working on a computer, organizing workloads, and balancing commitments

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working in a Collision Centre or with MPI considered an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and spreadsheet software
- Communication skills, such as be a great listener and have a calm demeanor is a benefit
- Energy, passion, and professionalism is a must
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation with an ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Availability to work on Saturdays
