DHARI is authorized reseller & distributor of major computer brands, accessories, and connectivity products. We sell our products to distributors, resellers, corporations, and home users.

We are growing and building our team in Marketplace division and are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, personable individual to fulfill a production and warehouse supervisor role that helps fulfill orders by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work flow.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Accomplishes productive staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
- Shipping and Receiving products with multiple vendors/suppliers
- Maintains production crew through recruiting, selecting, orienting, training employees, and developing personal growth opportunities
- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process, observing control points and equipment
- Studies methods of implementing cost reductions and develops reporting procedures
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel
- Establishes priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards
- Excellent supervising and team lead skills

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervising/management role (Min 1 year preferred)
- Must have graduated from an accredited secondary school (Undergrad degree/diploma in a related program is preferred)
- Ready to work full-time *Cannot be in school currently*
- Knowledge of computers and related products is preferred
