We are looking to add additional talent to our dynamic team in our Toronto office.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior Trademark and Patent Litigation associate to gain significant IP experience working in conjunction with elite attorneys on sophisticated and cutting-edge matters.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of two to four years of experience specializing in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation, including motion practice, and preparing related agreements.
- Fluent in English (French also an asset)
- Experience working in an electronic environment.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, highly responsive, and positive work attitude is critical.

**Qualifications**:

- Recognized law degree, scientific undergraduate degree preferred.
- Lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
