**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- ** Managing your own litigation files from start to finish.**:

- Co-counseling with senior lawyers on complex, high-stakes cases.
- Preparing for and conducting discoveries and hearings.
- ** Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.**:

- Utilizing cutting-edge litigation software to manage files efficiently.
- ** Developing and executing case strategies to secure optimal outcomes for clients.**

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- ** 3+ years of solid civil litigation experience** (estate, commercial, and real estate litigation preferred).
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Deep knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and the Courts of Justice Act.
- Experience with motions, case conferences, trials, and discoveries.
- Proficiency in drafting persuasive legal documents.
- ** Strong courtroom advocacy skills.**:

- Hands-on experience with ACL, LexisNexis, WestLaw, CanLii, Cosmolex, and Caselines.
- Familiarity with Teraview, ESC, and various legal research databases.
- ** Advanced negotiation, client service and client management skills.**
