**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts and transfer forms.
- Facilitate communication between clients, solicitors, realtors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth conveyancing processes.
- Conduct analysis of property titles, searches, and other relevant documentation to identify potential issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all conveyancing files and records.
- Draft legal correspondence and documentation with precision and clarity.
- Assist in managing deadlines and schedules to ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and guiding them through the conveyancing process.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout all stages of property transfer.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret legal documents and identify potential issues.
- Prior administrative experience, particularly within a legal or real estate setting, is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple files, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in filing systems—both physical and digital—to maintain accurate records. This position is integral to ensuring seamless property transactions while providing outstanding support to clients and colleagues alike.
- Fluent in Korean is a significant asset, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
