Are you a hands-on leader who thrives outdoors and takes pride in high-quality landscape work? **Oakridge Landscape Contractors**, a recognized industry leader with 30+ years of excellence, is hiring a **Groundskeeping Extras Foreperson** to join our growing team in Hamilton

You’ll lead a skilled crew and be a key part of creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for commercial and residential properties across Southern Ontario.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Supervise your team and manage equipment, labour, and materials on site.
- Track crew hours daily using Field Time.
- Respond promptly and professionally to calls using a company smartphone.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.
- Represent Oakridge with pride and professionalism on every job.
- Inspect projects at completion and hold your team accountable for quality.
- Proactively spot issues and suggest practical solutions.
- Collaborate with your Superintendent and team to keep everything on track. Perform other related duties as needed.

**What You Bring**:

- 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or construction.
- Valid G Class driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Skid steer experience and ability to read blueprints/specs.
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with jobsite safety and safe work habits. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended hours (including some Saturdays)
