**Position**: Real Estate Sign Installer
**Location**: Near Burlington, ON with installs in the GTA
**Type**: Independent Contractor

**Job Overview**
We are looking for a reliable individual to install and remove real estate signs throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and outdoors. The hours will vary weekly, and you will be paid per installation.

**Duties**
- Install and remove real estate signs at various properties throughout the GTA.
- Ensure signs are properly installed, aligned, and securely in place.
- Maintain the quality and condition of the signs and posts.
- Communicate with the territory owner regarding job completion and any issues encountered.

**Requirements**:

- Must have your own vehicle that can accommodate 6 ft posts (truck preferred).
- A reliable and well-maintained vehicle is essential.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy posts and signage.

**Compensation**:

- Pay is $20/hour but fuel costs are not compensated for

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
