Are you passionate about technology with a knack for supporting complex operations? We're on the lookout for a proactive IT Operations Analyst to join our Infrastructure & Security team. Reporting to the Manager, Data Centre Operations, you'll be responsible for monitoring and controlling designated software programs to ensure they meet our established standards. You will also provide exceptional software and hardware user support across all Home Hardware Data Center Sites (Corporate Office, Distribution Centers, Innovation Center) contributing to the mitigation of business risks and impacts.

**_ Please note this is a full-time position/ night shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and includes rotations on weekdays and weekends._**

**What you’ll do**:

- Operate and monitor production jobs, promptly addressing deviations from standards through remediation or escalation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for business-critical systems.
- Handle backup routines and maintain storage records and backup media.
- Program and verify print handling software to streamline processes.
- Create procedural documentation for departmental tasks.
- Conduct testing and implement operational updates for new hardware, software, and processes to maintain service levels.

**What we’re looking for**:

- College Diploma in Information Technology with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Experience providing tier 1 IT support.
- Experience with incident and change management processes/systems would be considered a strong asset.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for technology with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends, and adapt to various shift rotations as required.
