**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor, garnishes, glassware, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS systems, including Micros POS, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, menu items, and specials to provide recommendations to guests.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality while managing time effectively during busy shifts.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
