Gateway is seeking a dynamic, outgoing and energetic Server who loves to create buzz and excitement, as well as provide an outstanding and personalized guest experience. As a Lounge Server, you will increase guest loyalty by building a client network and promoting events and products. You can manage the needs of guests with a smile, bring stellar listening skills and create a warm, comfortable dining experience guests will remember. **Key Responsibilities**
- Maintains and demonstrates expert knowledge of products, events and promotions.
- Takes orders, expedites and serves food and beverages accurately within time guidelines.
- Participates in promotional activities including social media, events and photo sessions.
- Introduces or presents live entertainment as required.

**What You Bring**
- A secondary school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education.
- Experience in related field of one (1) or more years.
- Proven high level of Customer Service
- The ability to work and excel in a fast-paced large volume business.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
- Previous restaurant experience in a casino environment is an asset.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Smart Serve and Safe Food Handling certification an asset.
- The ability to obtain registration with the Alcohol Gaming Commission of Ontario.
