At AVS Hospitality, we specialize in property management with a focus on maintaining safe, comfortable, and functional living environments. We are currently seeking a skilled **General Handyman** to support the ongoing maintenance of a newly renovated multi-unit residential building.

This is a part-time, on-call position ideal for a versatile and experienced tradesperson. The role is hands-on and requires a reliable professional who can independently handle a variety of maintenance tasks—ranging from drywall and painting to electrical and plumbing work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **General Maintenance & Repairs**
Carry out a wide range of repairs including **drywall patching, painting, minor plumbing, electrical fixes, and other routine handyman work** to maintain unit and building integrity.
- **On-Call Support**
Be available on an as-needed basis to respond to urgent maintenance requests, with flexibility for occasional after-hours needs.
- **Proactive Inspections**
Conduct periodic walkthroughs of the property to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- **Tool-Ready Work**
Utilize your own tools to complete jobs efficiently and independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Basic Documentation**
Keep simple records of work completed to support property maintenance tracking and planning.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general building maintenance, handyman services, or trades work (e.g., drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to maintenance calls.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with residential rental buildings and typical unit/building maintenance needs.
