Securities Industry Services (SIS) Division within Kyndryl is a leading provider of brokerage transaction processing to the Canadian securities industry. SIS has provided comprehensive end-to-end brokerage services to financial clients for more than 45 years. Our robust technology solutions are driven by proven financial expertise and are supported by a team of dedicated professionals who collaborate with clients across Canada.

SIS Division has an immediate opening for a Junior Production Support Specialist. Reporting to a Team Lead, this position will be responsible for daily monitoring, and month-end batch processing and re-runs.
- Executes first-level problem determination, Fixes system abends, when required.
- Engage 2nd level support
- Execution of management escalation
- Cognizant of Service Level Triggers to ensure problems are resolved prior to exposure
- Works both independently and with the team to complete the daily tasks and uses problem management and communication skills to resolve both customer and supplier-related issues.
- Works on a rotating shift schedule, i.e., night and day shifts

We will be approaching a hybrid model of working, hence a requirement to work in the office at times focusing on client requirements and collaboration. However, in the meantime, this position is fully remote.

- Host and Distribution Technical Environment Support Skills
- Application Programming skills would be considered an asset

- Exposure to monitoring software and tools
