**Position Description**

At Halifax (HFX) Airport Hotel, we believe our guests select our hotel because of our employees who foster traditional Maritime Hospitality and who are dedicated to providing personalized service and meaningful experiences. Shuttle Drivers are responsible to operate a hotel shuttle service to and from Robert L. Stanfield International Airport. Other duties will include function space set up and tear down, shoveling walkways and guest vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, responding to guest inquires and/or other initiatives and requests as required. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. This is a fast-paced work environment which demands effective multitasking and extensive guest contact.

**Position Requirements**

Excellent communication skills, ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods of time, ability to work a variety of shifts, with days off that vary from week to week which includes weekends and holidays. **A valid Class 4 Driver’s License and a clean Driver’s Abstract are required.** Bilingualism or multilingualism considered an asset. Previous hotel experience preferred.
