Cashier

Are you an outgoing individual with exceptional customer service skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient service while accurately processing transactions.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Greet customers as they enter and leave the store ensuring they have had a positive customer service experience
- Manage transactions with customers through POS system
- Collect payments ensuring that the amounts given and taken from customers are correct
- Resolve customer complaints
- Restock cash area (pre-rolls, smoking accessories, etc.)

- Previous customer service experience, considered an asset
- Ability to work in a team
- Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
- Ability to multitask and willing to learn new skills
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
