**About Us**:
We are a growing training institute with a focus on instructor-led online courses. Headquartered in Saskatoon and Calgary, we specialize in providing comprehensive, engaging, and industry-relevant programs. Each course is accompanied by a detailed student manual to support learning outcomes.

We are currently seeking an **Instructor for our AI in Digital Marketing course**. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a passionate team and contribute to the professional development of students eager to excel in this rapidly evolving field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver instructor-led online sessions based on the **AI in Digital Marketing** curriculum.
- Prepare engaging **PowerPoint presentations** and learning materials aligned with the course topics.
- Design and implement **interactive learning activities**, including workshops and hands-on assignments.
- Create **assessments** (quizzes, tests, and case studies) to evaluate student progress.
- Customize and adapt content to meet the needs of a diverse student base.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.

**Topics Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Introduction to AI concepts in digital marketing.
- Data-driven decision-making using AI tools.
- Personalization and customer engagement strategies.
- Emerging trends in AI and marketing innovations.
- Ethical practices and Canadian privacy regulations in AI.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in teaching, training, or instructional design (preferred).
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learners.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality learning materials, including PowerPoint presentations and assessments.
- Familiarity with Canadian privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA) and responsible AI practices (preferred).

**Compensation**:

- CAD 70 per hour for individual sessions.
- Competitive rates for instructors taking on the entire course module (negotiable based on scope).
