We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will become an integral component of our growing marketing team, supporting several key stakeholders. You will join a privately held tech company whose vendor management platform serves the short-term accommodation and hospitality markets. It is on a rapid trajectory of virtually unlimited growth potential. While other companies are downsizing and reorganizing, we are scaling. The market potential is massive, and we need you to help us capture more of it.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Utilize business intelligence and data analysis tools to target key demographics and conduct thorough competitor analysis with a focus to increase engagement and drive conversion
- Conduct keyword research, develop strategies and execute them with precision and purpose to refine our search engine marketing efforts for both SEO & SEM
- Work with product managers, content creators, and development team to deploy optimized landing pages
- Creating and deploying tags and pixels to our sites for tracking & remarketing
- Uncover backlink partnership opportunities
- Manage ad campaigns including bid strategy, landing page optimization, creative ad copy, and iterative A/B testing of campaigns & optimizing for higher conversions across all channels
- Creation, execution, and management of highly effective paid search, display, video, and social campaigns
- Media placement adhering to defined budgets
- Analyzing campaign performance along with optimization recommendations and provide a regular cadence of reporting metrics, KPIs and ROI across all channels
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years' experience in high-performance digital marketing (Paid Social, Display, YouTube & SEM)
- 2+ years' experience writing conversion-focused ad copy, web content
- 2 + years applied practical experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM
- Highly skilled with analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, and more importantly ability to interpret data to understand trends and improve performance
- Must have proven track record of running effective digital ad and marketing campaigns
- Must have expert level understanding of ranking factors, Google search best practices, and policies
- Jedi mastery with tools such as SEMRUSH and experience with SEO campaign management
- Functional understanding of engagement tools such as Sharpspring or Constant Contact to deploy drip/nurturing campaigns
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly motivated and self-directed, strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Although not required - BONUS points if you meet all other criteria and in addition, you also speak French, Spanish, or BOTH
