**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Serve food to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene practices are followed
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and plating
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours

**Skills**
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to interact positively with customers
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
