**Job Title**: Project Coordinator

**Location**: North Vancouver Office

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Studying project plans and specifications to support execution
- Preparing detailed estimates and construction schedules
- Advising field staff on construction procedures and best practices
- Managing project costing, tracking, and reporting
- Establishing and maintaining cost codes
- Supporting subcontractor coordination and documentation.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- **5+ years of experience** in heavy construction projects
- A **degree in Engineering** or a **diploma in Civil Technology**:

- Proficiency in **cost control, estimating, and planning techniques**:

- Strong computer skills, including **Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project**:

- A proactive mindset and a passion for learning and growing in the marine construction field

**Skills/Abilities/Attributes**:

- Project scheduling & planning (MS Project, Primavera)
- Cost estimation & budget tracking
- Document control & reporting
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Time management and attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction methods and safety standards

**Salary: $70 - $100k per annum**
