**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This crucial role ensures that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, enhancing their overall dining experience. This position also requires excellent communication skills, a strong focus on guest services, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and hosts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that all orders are complete before serving to guests.
- Assist servers in providing exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and service stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support the team during busy periods by helping with additional tasks as needed, including restocking supplies or assisting with table settings.
- Welcoming guests and planning and guiding them to their seats
- Answering customer inquiries over phone calls and taking reservations
- Placing takeout orders and entering in Uber Eats orders

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to provide excellent guest services and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Must be able to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
