**Full-Time Position**:
Stephen Thomas Ltd (ST) is a full-service marketing and fundraising agency dedicated to helping our non-profit clients make more money. Right now, we are seeking a **Manager, Print Production** - someone who exhibits personality, proactivity, positivity, energy and attention to detail.

Working at ST you will receive above market benefits and a starting salary of $55,000 - $65,000 with room for growth.

Working exclusively with Canadian and international non-profit organizations, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of print production services for our account teams on behalf of our clients.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Inform the Senior Manager of client production schedules, including budget and timelines; continually advise on industry and supplier updates and individual project status
- Coordinate and complete assigned client campaigns on time, within budget and with excellent quality according to client standards including art work, scheduling, product deliver, invoicing and campaign reports
- Prepare and submit mailing quotes to account teams
- Prepare purchase orders and production schedules and follow up to ensure projects are correct and deadlines are met
- Check proofs (art, data, laser and letter shop) before passing to account teams for approval
- Ensure that required postage for projects is sent to suppliers
- When projects are complete, obtain sample packages and verify accuracy of job drop summary report statement of mailings, inventory reports and invoices for Account Teams in order for them to complete mailing reports
- Provide regular status updates to account teams
- Prioritize work assignments, problem solve and inform Senior Manager, should a problem arise with regards to overlap of deadlines, production issues, or interdepartmental problems
- Maintain positive, productive working relationships with company staff in order to problem solve and fulfill production and company standards

**Education & Experience**:

- Post-secondary education or work experience in related field such as print production, business or graphic design
- 3-5 years hands on experience with print, laser and letter shop production
- Strong customer service
- Direct marketing experience
- File and record management

- Ability to work independently and also on team
- Self-reliance and flexibility

- Keen interest in the volunteer sector
