Is currently looking for pantry chef to join our group of companies, there primary objective will be preparing daily salad bar and desserts for approximetly 10 hours a day. They will be working on a commercial grade food truck for film & tv catering.

Skills & Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of food is outstanding each and every time, experience preparing multiple types of dishes
- Overseeing the food preparation always ensuring quality and consistency
- Maintain accurate recipes of dishes prepared for catering functions to ensure consistency.
- Inspecting work areas, supplies, ingredients, and cooking equipment to ensure constant conformance to regulatory standards
- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.

**Salary**: $200.00 per day

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person
