Reporting directly to the Director, People and Culture, you will further strengthen and contribute to the success of the team within IBG and its subsidiaries.

**IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL**:

- Oversee and coordinate all People and Culture programs, including Wellness Program, Recognition Program and Learning Program
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and managing all onboarding activities
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries
- Coordinate and deliver training programs through LMS
- Support the administration of employee compensation and benefit programs
- Assist with any HR-related projects or programs as requested by management

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CHRP/CHRL designation, or working towards completion
- 3 years’ experience in human resources field
- Knowledge of US employment standards and laws considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related systems
