Lumber and Customer Service Desk Associate

This specialized sales position ensures excellent service is provided to the customer, either over the phone or in person by effectively using selling skills, product and lumber and building materials knowledge to provide personalized services to the customer and complete the sale to the customer's satisfaction. A passion for service and a willingness to develop product knowledge are key components for this role.

Core Competencies:
Must be available days, evenings, weekends.

Basic building material and tool knowledge is a must.

Strong listening and communication skills

Customer service experience is a great asset.

Must be able to left up to 50lbs

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their information/product requirements in the store or over the telephone.

Basic knowledge of lumber and building materials we carry to help assist the customer is receiving the proper materials needed.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
