Audi Niagara is looking for a **Part-Time** **Front Desk Administrator** to join our dynamic team.

**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:

- Greet customers and answer questions.
- Assist the sales department with vehicle licensing.
- Answer all incoming calls courteously.
- Place purchase orders and balance invoices.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Able to work the following shifts**:Monday to Thursday 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm** and every S**aturday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm**.
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience and strong computer skills required.
- Must work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
- Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task, be organized and prioritize.
- Dependable, takes initiative with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Google Drive is an asset.
