In 2020, Capgemini reported global revenues of €16 billion. **PMO Manager, Mirabel, QC** **In this role your responsibilities will include**: - Lead Business Requirement Definition activities for ongoing projects at the Manufacturing Facility - Lead integrated team weekly meetings for your respective scope - Develop, maintain and update Schedules for each phase of the project for the identified Work Streams. - Manage the integration of the schedules and ensure that it is harmonized with the overall program schedule and across other projects and activities. - Identify and report Issues and Risks with mitigation plans - Ensure effective delivery, review and approval of all deliverables in each requirement phase. - Ensure compliance to all governing documents and processes - Participate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables' timeline. - Lead change-management activities, including baseline deviations for a given portfolio of changes. - Ensure timely presentation of changes including accurate cost summaries to the Technical Review Board for conclusive disposition at various stages of the process. - Actively monitor and report the progress at all stages of a change’s life-cycle. - Mentor, support and leverage junior project managers within your area as appropriate **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in project management - Experience in a high technology culture and environment - Diploma or Certificate in Project management, PMI certification is a plus - Demonstrated skills in project tools such as Smartsheets, Zoho Projects or equivalent - Team player able to communicate with stakeholders in a variety of departments and at different levels in the organization (shop floor to executive suite) - Self-disciplined with proven experience & ability to work in a hybrid work environment/culture (remote and in the office - Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both English and French" Capgemini is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
